Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of RasPass. By accessing or using RasPass, you agree to these Terms.

RasPass provides informational security and trust signals. A report is not a guarantee that a website, person, business, product, transaction, or service is safe, legitimate, or trustworthy.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using RasPass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

2. About RasPass

RasPass is a digital trust and website-security information platform. It may inspect submitted websites and URLs and display technical signals, security observations, known threat information, phishing indicators, and calculated report results.

RasPass may check complete URLs, including hostnames, subdomains, paths, and other URL components, to identify suspicious patterns or risk indicators.

3. Informational service only

Reports and scores provided by RasPass are for general informational and risk-awareness purposes only.

RasPass does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, insurance, cybersecurity-audit, or professional certification advice.

You remain responsible for verifying information and deciding whether to visit a website, create an account, download a file, provide personal information, make a payment, accept an offer, or complete any transaction.

4. No guarantee of safety or trust

The absence of a known threat record does not mean that a website has been independently verified, approved, trusted, or guaranteed safe.

Threat databases, website configurations, certificates, ownership, content, and behaviour can change at any time. A website may also become compromised after a report is generated.

RasPass may distinguish between results such as:

  • Known threat detected.
  • No known threat detected.
  • Not independently verified or trusted.

These descriptions must be considered together with the complete report and its limitations.

5. Accounts

Some RasPass features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where unauthorized activity results directly from a failure by RasPass to use reasonable security measures.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use RasPass to:

  • Break applicable laws or violate another person's rights.
  • Attack, overload, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to RasPass or its infrastructure.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or harmful traffic.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access restrictions, authentication, or security protections.
  • Scrape, copy, resell, or systematically extract reports or data without written permission.
  • Submit private credentials, passwords, access tokens, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information inside a URL.
  • Misrepresent a RasPass result as an official certification, endorsement, legal judgment, or guarantee.
  • Use RasPass to harass, defame, impersonate, deceive, or harm another person or organization.

7. Submitted URLs and content

You are responsible for information you submit to RasPass and must have a lawful reason to submit it.

By submitting a URL or related information, you permit RasPass and its service providers to process it as necessary to perform the requested analysis, maintain security, improve the service, and display the resulting report.

You must not submit content that exposes credentials, private account information, or confidential data.

8. Report accuracy and availability

RasPass aims to present accurate and understandable information, but reports may contain incomplete, delayed, unavailable, outdated, or incorrect results.

A scan may fail because of technical restrictions, provider outages, rate limits, blocked connections, website configuration, missing data, or other circumstances outside our control.

RasPass may update, recalculate, correct, remove, or replace report information at any time.

9. Third-party services and websites

RasPass uses third-party service providers and may display information relating to third-party websites.

RasPass does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, products, security, availability, privacy practices, actions, or transactions.

Your use of third-party products and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual property

RasPass, its branding, interface, original software, design, reports, text, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use RasPass for its intended purpose.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Suspension and termination

RasPass may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent harm.

You may stop using RasPass at any time. Account-deletion requests may be sent to our support email.

12. Service changes

RasPass is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, limited, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued.

We do not guarantee that every feature, report, provider, account, or stored record will remain available permanently.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, RasPass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, suitable for every purpose, or that every report will be complete, current, or accurate.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, RasPass and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

This includes losses connected with scams, phishing, malware, account compromise, payments, purchases, investments, employment offers, business decisions, unavailable services, data loss, or third-party conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when RasPass changes or when legal, security, or operational requirements change.

The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of RasPass after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
